Created by Yoga Teacher Jasmine List, One Conscious Breath Yoga Studio is a welcoming and friendly sanctuary, a place to come and take time away from your busy life and practice some nourishing Yoga, right in the heart of Coffs Harbour. At One Conscious Breath Yoga Studio our highly qualified teachers are dedicated to supporting you where you are at in your yoga practice. We offer a range of different class styles and levels to suit everybody. We also offer Private Yoga Sessions for groups or one on one and a diverse range of workshops and Events all year round. We really do have something for everyone!

All classes are 60 minutes and there is no booking required, we do ask that you please arrive 15 minutes early to secure a spot. Yoga mats are provided.

Jasmine List

For me yoga is a time to come home. Home to your body, home to your intentions and home to the present moment. Over the years my yoga practice has evolved with my life. It has been a familiar place to come back to through the ups and downs of motherhood and being a business owner. I am passionate about encouraging my students to listen, to honour where they are at on the mat and move from that place each class. I am trained in strong vinyasa flow, gentle restorative yoga as well as nurturing prenatal and postnatal yoga. I feel incredibly grateful to do I job that I truly love and that fill me up, the One Conscious Breath Yoga community inspire me every day.


Frances Mercer

Yoga found me as a teenager. I clearly remember the first time I felt that yogic sense of union, aliveness,and presence in my body, calm in my heart and mind. Sold. There began the most passionate, supportive, challenging (in a good way) and nourishing relationship of my life.  My relationship with myself through A yogic lifestyle, including not just asana and  pranayama but the full Spectrum of yogic philosophies and practices – especially  chanting, kirtan and meditation. Over the past 26 years I’ve explored many different styles through teacher training’s, workshops and private study; including Satyananda, Ashtunga, Bikram, Kundalini, Oki Do, Restorative and Yoga Dance.  Drawing on all these teachings in both my personal practice and in how I teach.Currently as a single Mama to 2 vibrant girls 10 and 7 and one rambunctious puppy, my practice is one of deep nourishment, focusing on calming the nervous system , deep relaxation and fully embodying where I’m at emotionally and mentally. During my classes I aim to offer a safe sacred space, where students are encouraged to sink deeply into self in a kind, gentle way. I believe Yoga is about lightening up, this modern world can be so intense right? Your yoga practice can be a refuge to connect with self, to release, heal and grow. Approaching my teaching with soul, humour and play fits my vibe and attracts our tribe – students feel free to laugh, cry, swear, sleep and hug. During my years teaching at One Conscious Breath I have journeyed the transformation of our students, watched friendships blossom and our community grow. This is what feeds me the most being a part of this loving community. Truly blessed that this is my life, such a privilege to share these teachings with you all. So thankful.
