Yoga right in the heart of Coffs Harbour

Created by Yoga Teacher Jasmine List, One Conscious Breath Yoga Studio is a welcoming and friendly sanctuary, a place to come and take time away from your busy life and practice some nourishing Yoga, right in the heart of Coffs Harbour. At One Conscious Breath Yoga Studio our highly qualified teachers are dedicated to supporting you where you are at in your yoga practice. We offer two different styles of classes to keep it simple. We have Beginners Yoga which is perfect for those just starting out (start where you are, no need to be able to touch your toes!), and General Yoga for those looking for a more dynamic, strong practice. We also offer Private Yoga Sessions for groups or one on one and a diverse range of workshops and Events all year round. We really do have something for everyone!

All classes are 60 minutes and there is no booking required, we do ask that you please arrive 15 minutes early to secure a spot. Yoga mats are provided.

Jasmine List

For me yoga is a time to come home. Home to your body, home to your intentions and home to the present moment. Over the years my yoga practice has evolved with my life. It has been a familiar place to come back to through the ups and downs of motherhood and being a business owner. I am passionate about encouraging my students to listen, to honour where they are at on the mat and move from that place each class. I am trained in strong vinyasa flow, gentle restorative yoga as well as nurturing prenatal and postnatal yoga. I feel incredibly grateful to do I job that I truly love and that fill me up, the One Conscious Breath Yoga community inspire me every day.

Yoga came to me at a time when I had lost all connection with myself, my body, my heart and with my purpose. I walked out of my first Yoga class at 30yrs of age feeling aligned and empowered, like I could do anything and I couldn’t remember the last time I felt that way. Yoga taught me to breathe properly, to be strong, to be confident and to trust myself. It was completely life changing and such a blessing.Over the past 8 years I have studied, taught and trained in Yin, Vinyasa and Japanese styles of Yoga and I am blessed to have taught and held workshops for the last few years in the Coffs area. As a Life Coach, Counsellor and Yoga Teacher I am passionate about holistic health and wellness and helping students connect and empower themselves through movement, mindfulness and breath. Yoga connects us to the truth of who we are and allows us to be more than we ever thought we could be.What you practice on the mat will filter into the rest of your world and who doesnt need more calm, strength, confidence and connection?? The One Conscious Breath Community is so loving,supportive and dedicated I am blessed to be a part of it.

Yoga found me at 17 on a cruise ship of all places! Love at first downward dog! Bringing the conscious awareness cultivated on the mat into the day to day is my passion.. Yoga has become a guiding light for me, reminding me to live in a responsible heart centred way and to lighten up! Yoga held our family through birthing two beautiful girls; breathing and chanting created space for the most transforming moments of my life and continues to nourish us all. There is a rare kind of magic that arises when people come together to practice yoga; the collective energy supports and enriches. I love being a part of this and it inspired me to become a teacher myself. I trained in Vinyasa Yoga and have spent a lot of time hanging out at Satyananda Yoga Ashram at Mangrove Mountain, experiencing many wonderful teachers and teachings. I enjoy a light hearted soulful approach to Yoga and I’m excited to share my joy with you. One Conscious Breath Yoga Studio is blossoming into a rich, supportive community and I feel blessed to join its team of inspiring yogis.

For me yoga is about letting go of our thinking mind and learning to feel our body completely. I found yoga after giving up gymnastics in my teens to pursue a non competitive activity. For the past six years I have explored many styles of yoga and enjoy drawing inspiration from yogis from around the globe. Combining asana (poses), pranayama (breath work) and meditation creates a special energy and helps with the ability to live a full and authentic life. I am very happy to be part of the One Conscious Breath community and to guide and learn with you all.
