1 12 Month Membership Terms
1.1 Memberships are for 12 months and paid monthly in advanced.
1.2 Memberships will renew automatically every year. A monthly cancelation option will be available for renewed memberships. Please see “Section 3 – Cancelations” for additional details
1.3 Memberships cannot be shared or transferred. Anyone found to be sharing their membership will have their membership cancelled.
1.4 It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the monthly auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, One Conscious Breath Yoga reserves the right to process payment at anytime to settle any debt owed. If an auto-debit is declined due to insufficient funds, the transaction will fail which requires additional administration and yields additional bank costs. Unfortunately, Ezidebit may charge a fee for failed transactions. This fee is debited 7 days after the failed payment.
1.5 One Conscious Breath Yoga is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.
1.6 If auto-debit payments fail for 2 payments or more, One Conscious Breath Yoga may cancel the membership.
1.7 The terms and conditions of our third-party biller Ezidebit form a binding component of your membership agreement. They can be found in hard copy at reception.
2 Membership Suspension
2.1 For Direct Debit Membership suspensions, we require a two-week notice prior to your next billing date.
2.2 You may suspend your membership twice a year, for a minimum of 4 weeks and up to 8 weeks in total.
2.3 Suspending your membership will extend your minimum membership term accordingly.
For example: If you take a 4 weeks suspension, your 12 month contract will get extended by 4 weeks
2.4 Requests to suspend memberships must be made in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
2.5 Requests will not be accepted by any means other than email.
3 Membership Cancelations
3.1 After your 12 minimum payments (12 month), memberships may be cancelled by you in writing via email to email@example.com
We require at least 2 weeks’ notice for all cancellations. Cancellations will not be accepted by any means other than email.
3.2 If you wish to cancel your membership within your first 12 month, you are required to provide 50% all outstanding payments before a cancelation can be processed.
3.3 After your initial 12 months, cancelations can be made monthly with 2 weeks notice prior to your next billing date.
3.4 All account debts must be settled before cancellation of memberships can be finalized.
3.5 We reserve the right to cancel memberships at any time.
