1. Tell us a little about yourself…
I’m 54 yrs young with 4 awesome people in my life, David, Tennille & Nick and my mum Oh and
Charlie the dog.

2. How long have you been practising yoga?
I have been doing yoga for around 4 /5 years now with the last 2 or so years at One Conscious Breath. I aim for 3 classes a week (I have a love affair with yoga I think!)

3. Why do you practice yoga and what have you gained from your practice?
I love the feeling of the deep breaths, being grounded and the calming of the mind and soul and the stretching and movement of yoga is just amazing. I use the deep breaths in my day to day life also when work or life becomes hectic it’s a great tool. Yoga + Me + my mat = Awesomeness

4. What is your favourite yoga pose and why?
So hard to choose from as I love most of the poses for one reason or another, although downward dog resonates with me for those moments before the transition into Vinyasa, the time to set and breathe and rest move a little more, regain my yoga love.

5. What are you most grateful for?
Family, yoga buddies, friends and my walking partner Charlie

6. I love One Conscious Breath because…
Awesome teachers, they all bring something different to the class, great time and vibes.
